Set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking Burnley, The Rising Fishery offers both coarse and fly fishing over 3 ponds, The Hallows (fly Fishing), The Broom Stick, and The Cauldron, which contains a good mixed variety of fish species including Carp, Chubb, Barbell, Specimen Roach and Perch, Golden Orfe, Tench, Crucian, Ide, and Bream. The Hallows is a purpose built silvers water, that has had a substantial amount of investment in the filtration system, allowing us to be in full control of water clarity and chemistry, providing the perfect conditions for the fish to thrive.

The Rising Fishery is aimed at family fishing for both the young and old. Ideal for the disabled angler, with ample parking close to the ponds. There is an onsite cafe with good toilet facilities serving hot & cold snacks throughout the day, and don’t forget the Tackle shop which has a selection of tackle and bait, making The Rising Fishery a one stop fishing venue.
